Chico West African Dance & Drum Ensemble
Full of energy, rhythms, and motion this dance and drum ensemble is not to be missed. The Chico West African Dance and Drum Ensemble’s music and drums are led by Griot Lansana Kouyate. The Dance Ensemble is led by Tania Camara.
Dance Class!
For those that would like to participate in there is a wonderful class being offered Monday evenings. A West African Dance class is offered at the Chico Grange Hall, from 6 pm until 7 pm. each Monday. The classes will be led by Griot Lansana Kouyate, and Tania Camara. This family friendly atmosphere welcomes you to participate! Classes are $10.
